STEAL DAWN has been performing
for over 31 years.
We are a
sensational Rock & Roll Dance Band that
has built a solid reputation by playing the "Greatest 'Top 40'
music from the last 40+ years!" We have performed for a myriad
of corporate & sporting events, casinos, concerts in the park,
birthday & wedding parties, clubs, and community programs. We
have performed over 1500 shows from Baja California to San
Francisco to Arizona, and continue building repeat customers!

at the World Famous “Belly Up Tavern”, the San Diego County

just to name a few.
- Casinos such as: Viejas, Pechanga, Barona, Sycuan, and
Pauma.
- Wineries such as: Avensole, Thornton, Longshadow
Ranch, and Bel Vino
- Corporate
events for: Sheraton, Toyota, Saturn, San Diego Padres, San
Diego County Dept of Parks & Rec, Gemological Institute of
America, and so many more.
- Several military bases, including on the deck of
the USS Midway.

for several local radio stations.
The group consists of
Robert Adams
(Lead and
backing vocals, lead and rhythm guitars and keyboards),
Andrew Frangos
(Lead and
rhythm guitars, and backing vocals),
Jerry Schoen
(Drums and
percussion, backing and lead vocals), and Phil Varela (Bass,
backing and lead vocals).
The band typically plays more
than 50 shows per year.
Our music style is very diverse and not the
"same ole thing" that you've heard around town. Many times we
are complimented on how much the songs sound like the original
artist. With music from Aerosmith to ZZ Top, Bruno Mars to
Usher, Def Leppard to Journey, Eagles to Stevie Wonder, Hall &
Oats to Jason Aldean, K.C. & the Sunshine Band to Train, Maroon
5 to Muse, and everything in between, we definitely play music
that can please everyone in the crowd!
